HAPPY WORLD MENTAL HEATH DAY 2021

(October 10, 2021) For the last two weekends we’ve been camped out at the Austin City Limits Music Festival, interviewing artists and capturing content along with our colleagues at The Drag Audio Production House of The University of Texas at Austin. More news on all of that coming soon…

Many of the performers gave their time and energy to engage with us for a “Hi, How Are You?” conversation - and to help us commemorate WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY by asking how are you celebrating? Featuring (in order of appearance): Charley Crockett, Surfaces, Dayglow, The HU, Blk Odyssey, Jessie Murph, Adrian Quesada of Black Pumas, Nané, Superfónicos, Maggie Rose, Jade Bird, Band of Horses, Missio, White Reaper, LP Giobbi, Zach Person, Erika Wennerstrom of Heartless Bastards and WizTheMC.

World mental health day

Saturday, October 10th was World Mental Health Day and we partnered up with American Campus Communities along with Qello Concerts by Stingray to bring you a very special program to celebrate Daniel Johnston and the importance of mental health awareness. We also revealed findings from the COLLEGE STUDENT FALL 2020 MENTAL HEALTH REPORT. Conducted in September 2020 by the Hi, How Are You Project and American Campus Communities (ACC), the survey was administered via email to ACC residents resulting in 12,188 completed responses. The survey is among the largest of its kind specifically targeting college students. Participants ranged from incoming freshmen to graduate students in 65 university markets in the U.S.
